We currently ship to all cities and towns across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines (India):

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-metro and rural areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges (India):

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999

• Orders below ₹999 will be charged a flat ₹60 shipping fee

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
